This four story, 75,000 SF office building is conditioned by one variable volume air handler per floor.  The air handling systems have chilled water coils provided by two air cooled chillers.  The terminal units are electric.  Ventilation air to each air handler is controlled by an air flow measuring station to maintain constant ventilation to each floor.
