This Guaranteed Maximum Price project included a 756 cell (1440 bed) nine-story addition and renovation of the original facility.  Also included was a complete upgrade of the Central Control systems and consoles.  The total project construction cost was $71M and the estimated security electronics cost was $5.0M.  The project was completed in September of 2006.
