This convention center includes two main ball rooms that can be partitioned into twelve smaller meeting rooms, and a full kitchen constructed above 70 parking spaces.

The HVAC system includes two dedicated 100% outside air ventilation systems, two variable volume air handlers and several rooftop heat pumps.  The 100% outside air units dehumidifies all the ventilation air for the building.
