This project was an addition to the existing facility.  Included in this project were a 2,500 seat sanctuary, choir rehearsal, instrument rehearsal, commons space (future dining/fellowship), and typical ancillary spaces.  BGA provided the HVAC, plumbing and fire protection design.

The central chilled water plant was increased to 600 tons to support this addition.  A new gas fired hot water heating system was added.  The HVAC design also included rooftop Dx 100% outside air dehumidification equipment, chilled water variable air volume air handlers and constant volume air handlers (serving the sanctuary).  The plumbing design included an oil detection system for the elevator sump pit and building sewage ejector.
